Employer of Record Kuwait is built around one market. We hold a Kuwaiti commercial registration and a labour file with the Public Authority for Manpower, and we use them to sponsor, contract and pay your employees under Labour Law No. 6 of 2010. You keep full control of the work; we carry the employment, sponsorship and payroll responsibility.
Because we do one thing in one country, we know the detail that trips up generalists: how a labour file actually behaves when it is close to its limit, which roles and titles attract scrutiny, why the indemnity base belongs in the contract rather than in a dispute, and how quickly residency formalities really move.

Al Hamra Tower, Al Shuhada Street, Kuwait City. We work with clients hiring anywhere in Kuwait, including project sites in Ahmadi, Shuaiba and the northern oil fields, and across the wider GCC on request.

Feasibility before sales
We check whether a hire can actually be made before we quote for it. Telling a client no early is cheaper for everyone than a stalled permit and a candidate left waiting.
Plain pricing
One monthly fee, government costs passed through at cost. No success fees and no surprises on the invoice.
Straight answers
Kuwait has real constraints. We would rather explain them than promise around them, and we will not guarantee an outcome that sits with the authorities rather than with us.
